EL LÍMITE COMO ELEMENTO CONFIGURADOR

El proyecto se aborda bajo las siguientes premisas:

• Repensar los límites estableciendo un límite difuso que establezca una relación con la ciudad.
• Camuflar la intervención en el contexto de manera que tanto la arboleda existente como el volumen construido original se carguen de presencia y no se le reste protagonismo – por ello entendemos que el edificio no debe sobresalir y debe quedar siempre por debajo de la atura del edificio existente.
• Unificar las actuaciones de manera que se logré una imagen global que dé unidad al conjunto – por ello consideramos la demolición de las otras construcciones ocupando ese espacio y adaptando los nuevos usos con el lenguaje propuesto.

Con todo ello el nuevo límite se convierte en el elemento principal y configurador de la propuesta.

THE BOUNDARY AS STRUCTURING ELEMENT

The Project approaches the next keys:
• Re-thinking the boundary making a new limit doing a connection with the town.
• Camouflage the new intervention so that current forest and the original building don´t lost importance. Thus, the new building cannot extend beyond the existing building.
• Unify the interventions to get a global image to give unity to the project. Thus, we consider the demolition of other constructions in the plot occupying that area and adapting the new uses with the proposed language.

Even so, the new boundary becomes the main element and configurator of the project.

La ampliación del edificio se desarrolla entre dos límites, el formado por las tapias de bloque o piedra que limitan con las propiedades medianeras, y el nuevo límite propuesto.

The expansion of the building develops between two boundaries, the current walls of stone or blocks in the limit of the plot, and the new proposed boundary.

Las necesidades específicas del programa se recogen dentro de unas cajas instaladas tanto dentro del edificio original como vinculados a la nueva envolvente.

The specific necessities of the program are in different boxes located inside the current building and behind the new boundary.
